General conditions:
Participation in the tours and experiences is possible with ticket purchase, advance payment, at least 24 hours in advance (depends on the notice period required for the tour)
Participants are not admitted without a reservation and without a ticket purchased.
It is not necessary to create an account to book or register for the tours.
Direct bookings:
you can book tours and experiences from our website. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a summary email with all the necessary information
Payments:
Possibility to pay through the appropriate form with Paypal and the main credit cards. In case of personalized tour organization it is also possible to pay by bank transfer.
Payment system security:
We use secure payment systems to ensure maximum reliability for participants. For direct booking we use Trust My Travel
Insurance:
For bike tours all participants are covered by personal insurance; for tastings in the cellar and other tours that take place in locations, the insurance of the company hosting the tour is in force.
Cancellation by you:
Possibility to cancel the tour registration with full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. The refund will be made through the payment system used by you, or by bank transfer.
Tour cancellation:
Bike tours are canceled in case of rain or unavailability of the location or guide. In this case the tickets remain valid for the next useful date; in case of impossibility for you to participate in the tour, the tickets will be refunded.
Prices and discounts:
prices are inclusive of VAT. Some products during the season may have discounts applied.
